Letter of congratulations on the successful launch of SKYID
2 September 2026
On behalf of the Executive Council, and the entire membership of the Sokoto Advancement Forum (SAF), we write with immense pride and profound joy to congratulate you and the management and staff of ITSky Solutions Limited on the hugely successful launch of your innovative product, SKYID, held on 1st September, 2026, at The Signature, Wells Carlton Hotel, Asokoro, Abuja, under the compelling theme, Building Africa's Trust with Identity.
The Forum was well represented at the ceremony. Our Chairman, Amb. Prof. Mohammad Ahmad Wali, OON; our Vice Chairman, Prof. Riskuwa A. Shehu; and our EXCO Member, Engr. Faruk Yusuf Yabo, Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Solid Minerals Development, were all present to witness what we are convinced will be remembered as a milestone in Nigeria's and indeed Africa's digital journey.
What we saw that morning was far more than a product presentation. It was a clear and confident statement of intent: that the technology Africa needs can be conceived, built, and deployed by Africans, for Africa. SKYID speaks directly to this aspiration. By giving businesses a single, unified phone identity so that no customer call is ever missed, it addresses one of the most critical foundations of trust in the marketplace: being reliably reachable when it matters most.
The elegance of the solution lies in its refreshing simplicity and practical impact. A business acquires one 0700 or 0800 number and maps its team lines to it: sales, support, accounts, branch management. When a customer calls, every mapped line rings simultaneously; the first to answer takes the call, and where a line is engaged, the call rolls over intelligently to the next. Fully licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and managed from a single web or mobile dashboard, SKYID replaces the frustration of the unanswered call with the assurance of a business that is always within reach. In a market where trust is often earned one answered call at a time, this is no small achievement.
We at SAF are particularly proud that this groundbreaking initiative is being promoted by ITSky Solutions Limited, a company you founded in 2008 and have patiently nurtured, through vision, perseverance, and technical excellence, into a name that now speaks for Nigerian enterprise on the continental stage. That you are a distinguished and valued member of this Forum makes this accomplishment doubly gratifying. Your journey stands as a beacon to our young people and the wider Sokoto community, demonstrating that excellence, consistently and conscientiously pursued, will always find its reward.
We commend you most sincerely for your remarkable achievements, and we pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) continues to guide your steps, bless the work of your hands, and grant SKYID wide acceptance and enduring success across Nigeria, Africa, and beyond. We are confident that this innovation will not only transform business communication, but also contribute meaningfully to building the trust, efficiency, and identity infrastructure that Africa needs to thrive in the 21st century.
As you continue to scale new heights, we also count on your steadfast support for the Sokoto Advancement Forum and the noble causes we jointly hold dear: the advancement of our people, the empowerment of our youth, and the sustainable development of our dear State and nation. We look forward to deepening our collaboration with you, particularly in leveraging technology and innovation as tools for progress.
Once again, please accept our warmest congratulations. We rejoice with you and your entire team on this well-deserved success.
